too hot ladies - how to prepare

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is "What in the world do I wear?" - so fear not ladies, I'm here to help.  I've complied several images (not of my own - these are just for examples) to show you different ideas as to what you could do! 

A couple tips for the day of the shoot: 

-do not wear any tight undergarments, so that it leaves elastic marks on your skin

-do not start drinking!! drunk boudoir photos are NOT flattering at all!! 

-come prepared with no makeup on, and hair dried

-please bring your own concealer

Examples:

When thinking of boudoir, most think to wear something along these lines.  And there is nothing wrong with it at all! The fact that you are doing this for your significant other, it will definitely be a gift they will never forget! Please, do not forget to bring a pair of killer heals...it will elongate your legs and give you a super sexy shape! 

Another popular idea for the shoot is to borrow a piece of clothing from your significant other, like a button down shirt.  Color doesn't matter, as long as it goes along with your undies! And depending on what kind of person they are and how they dress, I've had a couple ladies use plaid shirts, which looked really great! 

Here is another thing you could borrow, if they are a sports fanatic...

You don't even have to wear all lingerie! This little t-shirt and killer boots and rockin sunglasses is still really sexy! 

Before, I had a couple ladies wear some sexy robes as an 'outfit change'.  I love this robe! You would wear a bra and undies under it that could either match or not match.  That would be up to you.  

Personally, my man is a jeans and a t-shirt type - so this is an outfit he would like.  You could even do a  sequence leading into the next photo after this one.

Depending on how brave you are, you won't have to worry about what to wear, other than a smile!  I have done a lot of these photos - with all different types of body shapes! It's sure to make your man's mouth drop!

For the half hour of shooting, one outfit (ok if you have a robe), with hair and makeup, it is $100.  For one full hour of shooting and multiple outfit changes, with hair and makeup $175.  For the couple boudoir shoot, please email me.  A 50% deposit will be required to hold your time slot for the day that will be non-refundable.  

I am looking to get a room at the Marina Village in Cape Coral.  Once we start setting up your times, please arrive 30 min prior to your appointment for your hair and makeup.  Please do not be late for your appointment.

There is no better smell, then the way a newborn baby smells.  But, until they can invent a way to bottle up a baby's scent, the best way to remember those beloved first moments is to capture those tiny details with fine art photographs.  Those first few weeks seem to fly by and at too cute studios, we understand how important capturing this special time is.  It is something you will want to remember for years to come.

We know that getting out of the house with a newborn and sleep deprived mommy is not an easy task, which is why, in most cases, we will come to you! For you to be relaxed and not rushed is important to us, so just sit back and watch us work our magic! Sessions can last up to four hours, allowing plenty of time for feeding, changing, and cuddling between shots.  You can't rush a cranky baby!!

The ideal time to photograph a newborn is between 5-10 days of life.  During this time babies are still able to 'curl up' from when they were still in your belly.  Babies are also a lot more sleepy during the first weeks which helps us get the most desired poses and shots.  These two things are key for making the most memorable photographs.  After 10 days, newborns go through a growth spurt and much of our time would be spent feeding instead of taking photographs.

Since the first two weeks of your newborn's life goes by so quickly, we like to encourage expectant parents to contact us ahead of time.  These sessions are usually booked up to two months in advance.  Last minute scheduling can be done, but not always recommended for the risk of a full calendar.

Those tiny kicks and dancing movements are a precious feeling!  Though it may feel like your pregnancy is never-ending, your little lovie will be in your arms before you know it! But before the arrival, how will you remember the way you looked? Don't get me wrong, you probably feel like a giant circus tent or that there should be a beeping noise when you go to sit down.  But that glowing skin, that nervous/excited smile on your face, or the way your loved ones look at you in that very special way.  Capturing this moment in your life is a perfect way to preserve that je ne sais pas feeling!

too cute belly portrait sessions can be booked anywhere you prefer; park, at your house, fair grounds, beach, there are so many different options! The main focus of this shoot is of course your growing belly, however you significant other, as well as your other children (fur children included) are more than welcome to tag along and join in on the fun! They are apart of of this experience too! The optimal time for your too cute belly portraits are scheduled between 30-36 weeks of your pregnancy, but can be scheduled all the way up to your due date.
